Virat Kohli, the former captain of the Indian Cricket Team, has become the owner of a lavish villa in Mumbai. Kohli bought a 2000 sq ft villa in Mumbai’s Aavaas Living on February 23. The luxury bungalow of the 34-year-old batsman is worth Rs 6 crore.
Please tell me this is Kohli’s second property in the Alibaug area. Earlier, he, and his wife, Anushka Sharma, had bought a house in Omkar Towers in the Worli area of Mumbai. This villa of Virat, located in the Alibaug area, is also very luxurious.
According to a report, advocate Mahesh Mhatre said that Kohli likes this bungalow because of its natural beauty. He also informed that Virat’s elder brother Vikas Kohli completed the registration formalities by visiting the sub registrar’s office, and Kohli has paid Rs 36 lakh as stamp duty. Advocate told Virat is currently with the team for the Test series against Australia. In such a situation, Kohli’s brother completed the process in his absence.

Significantly, this is the second property bought by Virat Kohli in the Alibaug area. On September 1, 2022, he and his wife, Anushka Sharma, purchased a 36,059 sq. ft. luxurious farmhouse at Girad Village, which cost around Rs 19.24 crore. Even at that time, Virat’s brother had completed the whole process.
On the other hand, when it comes to cricket, Kohli is currently busy playing the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, in which his bat has remained calm so far. The right-handed batsman has scored just 76 runs in three innings in the first two matches of the series. However, the fans are hopeful that the big innings will come from Kohli in the last two games of the series.
